In riferimento al trattamento dei dati personali forniti a Bitron, l’informativa riguarda le modalità, i tempi e la natura delle informazioni che i titolari del trattamento devono fornire agli utenti. (art. 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 - GDPR).

Questa politica sulla privacy si applica quando viene visitato il sito web, o sono utilizzati altri servizi, compresi tutti quei casi, che fanno riferimento o si collegano a questa politica sulla privacy (“Servizi”). La presente informativa sulla privacy può essere integrata o modificata, in tutto o in parte, anche a causa di variazioni della normativa applicabile. I trattamenti connessi ai servizi web hanno luogo presso i fornitori dei servizi internet utilizzati per la realizzazione e messa a disposizione del sito e presso le sedi del Titolare del trattamento, presso il quale sono anche mantenuti i trattamenti (sia cartacei sia elettronici) connessi ad altri Servizi.

I dati sono trattati dal solo personale incaricato, anche per le eventuali operazioni di manutenzione ed amministrazione dei sistemi di elaborazione.

Dati di navigazione e tecnicamente indispensabili
I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo sito web acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet. Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, permettere di identificare gli utenti. Dati forniti volontariamente dall’utente

Finalità del trattamento, comunicazione e diffusione dei dati

Se esistono degli obblighi derivanti da un contratto, Bitron userà le informazioni personali raccolte per adempiere ai soli obblighi contrattuali.

Facoltatività del conferimento dei dati

A parte quanto specificato per i dati di navigazione e tecnicamente indispensabili, l’utente è libero di fornire i dati personali per richieste specifiche su prodotti e/o Servizi. Il mancato conferimento di taluni dati, ritenuti indispensabili può comportare l’impossibilità di ottenere quanto richiesto.

Base giuridica. Eventuale gestione del consenso al trattamento
Quando necessario, fuori dai casi in cui si applica il legittimo interesse tanto del titolare, quanto di terzi, e comunque previa lettura dell’informativa, è richiesto all’interessato di esprimere il proprio consenso al trattamento ed alla comunicazione dei propri dati per le finalità e nei limiti descritti, pena l’impossibilità per il Titolare di trattare i dati per espletare e mettere in atto i Servizi richiesti dall’interessato o propostigli. Bitron implementa specifiche misure di sicurezza per garantire un livello di sicurezza adeguato al rischio per i dati personali trattati. Tali misure sono volte a garantire l'integrità, la riservatezza e la disponibilità dei dati personali. Il livello di sicurezza è periodicamente rivisto ed adattato ai nuovi standard di sicurezza in collaborazione con esperti di settore.

I dati saranno conservati fino al termine della prescrizione legale per difendersi ovvero far valere un diritto in sede giudiziaria, dopo che si sarà esaurito lo scopo (finalità del trattamento) per il quale i dati sono stati raccolti. I dati personali non saranno trasferiti a un destinatario in un paese terzo o a un’organizzazione internazionale al di fuori dell’Unione Europea (UE) o dello Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE), fatto salvo alle società del nostro gruppo stabilite in tutto il mondo con le quali sono state firmate clausole contrattuali standard ai sensi del GDPR, art.46.

Diritti degli interessati
In ogni momento l’interessato potrà: esercitare i suoi diritti (accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità, opposizione, assenza di processi di decisione automatizzati) quando previsto nei confronti del Titolare del trattamento, ai sensi degli artt. dal 15 al 22 del GDPR ; proporre reclamo al Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it); e qualora il trattamento si basi sul consenso, revocare tale consenso prestato, tenuto conto che la revoca del consenso non pregiudica la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prima della revoca.
